Elly and Kerry

 Elly

Elly fell in love with fitness at the age of 17. Her two main passions are running and strength training. She has spent over ten years in the fitness industry and has tried her hand at everything from open sea rowing right through to ultra marathons.

She decided to turn her passion into her job and trained as a personal trainer through Fitness Wales. She has since set up her own successful personal training and outdoor fitness business in the seaside resort of Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
